Your membership book points out that you are responsible to make sure the area you fish in is left clean and tidy, disciplinary action could include a ban from all club waters, if you have left a mess in the swim.

NOTICE about Paddleford Pool
Due to someone leaving the gate unlocked at Paddleford Pool and the subsequent theft of the gate, which the owners considers E&DAA responsible for, the Association has lost the coarse fishing rights.
It's sad that one incident in over approximately 40 years has cost us dearly.
A reminder to all members, that it is important to abide by association rules, any rules that might exist on a particular water, as the same thing could happen again.
Some great news for all those who campaigned with us to save the parking at Clapperbrook Lane East. Exeter City Council have agreed to extend the maximum period of parking to 24 hours on a temporary basis whilst they look into the matter further. They have also asked for the EDAA committee's input so maybe a solution can be found in the longer term. Anyone who wrote directly may not receive a reply so please see their response here.
The association has now gained Clubmark Status and we are joining an elite group of angling clubs that have qualified to receive this prestigious award. The club has adopted the Angling Trusts Equity and Child Protection Policies and created a Development Plan to encourage more juniors to become competent anglers.
A big thanks to the Committee, Officers and Trustees for all their hard work on this matter.
