We are currently working with the guys at a Clubmate to get all this seasons ID cards out in the post!
Unfortunately there seems to be a vast number of permits where the profile information has not been fully completed! Such as the basic info we need for each member more importantly the addresses for the anglers and the ID photos!
The membership admin has been inundated with accounts that simply aren’t completed currently with the basic information it’s asking for.

Can you please log in to your Clubmate account via the app and ensure all information is complete especially Address and clear photo!

The sooner we can get these resolved the sooner you’ll get you ID cards through
